Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 27, 2021

This Refund Policy governs the use of Coaching Services (“Services”) between You and Career Boss and Jeff Adcock, LLC (“Career Boss”). The Coaching fees are payable upon acceptance of Terms and Conditions and commencement of Services and are Non Refundable unless otherwise stated.

The only condition for a Refund to arise would be:

1. Less than 30 days has passed since you enrolled.

2. You have applied all the methods in the coaching program correctly and consistently for the full contracted coaching duration.

3. You have attended all the sessions.

4. You also lose access to any assets if a refund is allowed and a refund must be confirmed by Career Boss.

5. Any Refund shall be at the sole discretion of Career Boss if the above conditions are satisfied and shall not arise as a matter of right.
